Immerse yourself in the world of agile software development with our interactive workshop, "Scrum Lego City." In this hands-on seminar, participants will experience the fundamental principles of Scrum using the popular Lego building blocks.

The workshop kicks off with a brief introduction to the Scrum methodology, followed by dividing participants into Scrum teams. Each team is tasked with planning, designing, and constructing a Lego City, placing emphasis on the three Scrum roles - Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Development Team.

Teams go through various Scrum phases, from Sprint planning and daily Scrum meetings to Sprint reviews. Throughout the workshop, participants will experience the challenges and benefits of agile methods firsthand as they work on their Lego projects. Close collaboration, regular feedback, and adaptation to changing requirements are central to the experience.

At the end of the workshop, participants will reflect on their experiences, share best practices, and gain valuable insights for applying Scrum in their professional environments.
